Cancellation Policy

We recognize that plans can change and you may need to cancel your appointment. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our professionals, our cancellation policy is based on the notice period provided:

5 Days or More Notice: If you cancel your booking 7 or more days before your scheduled session, you will receive a refund of 75% of the session fee.

2 to 4 Days Notice: If you cancel your booking between 2 to 6 days before your session, a refund of 50% of the session fee will be issued.

1 Day or Less Notice: Cancellations made 1 day or less before the session will not qualify for a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 2 working days from the date of cancellation.

Please manage your schedule accordingly to adhere to these terms.

Rescheduling Policy

We permit rescheduling of sessions if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be accommodated, and refunds will not be issued.

Please note, rescheduling is allowed only once. Any further requests to reschedule will not be accepted.
